By accessing and using Luxe Nail Studio's website, services, or physical studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Luxe Nail Studio provides professional nail care services including:

• Classic and gel manicures
• Nail art and custom designs
• Gel and acrylic extensions
• Pedicure services
• Nail treatments and repairs
• Consultation services

All services are performed by licensed nail technicians following industry standards and health regulations.

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in-person
• Advance booking is recommended, especially for custom designs
• Walk-in appointments are subject to availability
• Booking requires valid contact information

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges

Late Arrival

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service time
• We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee full service time
• Full price will be charged for the originally booked service

Refunds

• Service issues must be reported within 24 hours
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours

Health and Safety

Client Responsibility

• Inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications
• Report any skin irritation or nail issues immediately
• Do not use services if you have fungal infections or open wounds
• Follow aftercare instructions provided by your technician

Our Commitment

• All tools are properly sterilized between clients
• Single-use items are disposed of properly
• Studio maintains high cleanliness standards
• Technicians follow proper sanitation protocols

Service Limitations

What We Cannot Guarantee

• Perfect longevity of nail enhancements (depends on natural nail growth and care)
• Exact color matching to photos or samples
• Results on severely damaged or unhealthy nails
• Comfort for clients with specific sensitivities

Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons
• Services may be modified based on nail condition
• Complex designs may require multiple sessions
• We may recommend alternative treatments for nail health

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including:

• Text, images, and designs
• Service descriptions and pricing
• Original nail art designs
• Business name and logo

are the property of Luxe Nail Studio and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Client Conduct

We expect all clients to maintain respectful behavior towards our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask clients to leave for:

• Disrespectful or abusive behavior
• Disruption of other clients' experience
• Violation of health and safety protocols
• Any illegal activities on premises

Limitation of Liability

Luxe Nail Studio is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to products (when client has been informed of ingredients)
• Damage to natural nails from improper aftercare
• Personal belongings left unattended
• Service results affected by undisclosed medical conditions

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services:

1. Speak with your technician immediately
2. Contact management within 24 hours of service
3. Provide specific details and photos if applicable
4. Allow us opportunity to resolve the issue

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to address legitimate concerns fairly.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to clients who:

• Repeatedly violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Threaten the safety of staff or other clients
• Have outstanding balances

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
